Banking at Smokos is refreshingly boring in the good way - no stupid surprises, once you know the one thing that trips people up: deposit methods and withdrawal methods are two different lists here, not a mirror of each other.

What you can deposit with

VisaMastercardApple PayCrypto

Your account runs in AUD, so everything is in your own money with no conversion mucking about. We're not going to promise you a local option (POLi, PayID, BPAY) that hasn't been confirmed - the methods above are the ones you can actually count on.

Deposits

The minimum deposit is $20, which is also the amount that triggers each stage of the welcome package. Whatever you deposit is usually ready to play with straight away.

Log in and open the cashier

Head to the cashier or deposit section once you're signed in.

Pick your method

Card, Apple Pay or crypto from the list above.

Enter your amount

Minimum is $20. Put down at least that to fire the welcome offer on your first deposit.

Confirm and play

Funds land ready to go. Have a wager with your deposit before you think about cashing out - more on that below.

Withdrawals

Here's the rule that actually trips people up: cards aren't a withdrawal option for Australian players at all, even though they're fine for depositing. Visa's payout rail excludes Australia outright, and Mastercard's payout rail is limited to a set list of European countries that doesn't include Australia either. What's confirmed to pay out:

Bank transferCrypto

Where a method does support withdrawal, it's still closed-loop within that method - a bank transfer withdrawal goes to the same bank account, a crypto withdrawal to the same wallet you deposited from. Your deposit also has to be wagered at least once before you can pull money out - it stops the casino being used as a pass-through for money.

On timing, the one figure we'll commit to is bank transfer, at around ~3 banking days. Crypto processing times aren't published, and we won't guess a number. Before a first cash-out there's a standard ID check (KYC) - usually quick - so get it done early and payouts run smoother.

The monthly cap, explained

There's a ceiling on how much you can withdraw per month: $50,000 per month (VIP exceptions possible); wins above $50,000 may be paid in monthly $50,000 installments Progressive jackpots are the exception - always paid in full, no instalments. For the vast majority of players the cap never comes into play, but it's there and it's worth knowing.
